This is Emilee’s team before one of their games. One of the umpires has whatever team he is umping for listen to the national anthem before he starts the game. Em is the player with black cleats.
After there season was over most of her team went to a KC Diamond softball game together. It is the first year we have had a professional softball team in KC. The girls got to come early and meet the players and get autographs and hangout on the field for a while. Grandpa Terry came with us. It was a fun evening!
